At Impala Skate, we want you to love your skates as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused gear in its original packaging. If your fit isn't perfect, our streamlined process ensures you can get back on the wheels as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your skates or protective gear are in brand-new, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely pack your items in their original box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
